1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at https://www.turbodiesel.co.nz and the services offered by Turbo & Diesel Automotive Services Limited (NZBN 6209134), referred to as "Turbo & Diesel Automotive", "we", "us", or "our". By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide automotive repair, maintenance, and related vehicle services from our workshop at 281 Kahikatea Drive, Frankton, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand. Service descriptions on this site are general, the work we do on your vehicle will be based on a written quote agreed before work commences.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and our visual inspection. If we discover additional work is required during a job, we will contact you before proceeding. Final invoices may differ from initial quotes where additional work is approved by you.

4. Vehicle drop-off and collection

Vehicles left at our premises are at the owner's risk except where loss or damage is caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles not collected within 14 days of completion may be subject to storage fees.

5. Warranty on workmanship

Our workmanship is warranted for a reasonable period appropriate to the nature of the repair, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. To make a warranty claim, contact us at workshop@turbodiesel.co.nz with your invoice details.

6. Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information. We aim for accuracy but make no warranty that information is current or error-free. You must not use the site in a manner that breaches any law, infringes another party's rights, or attempts to disrupt site operation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, text, images, logos, layout, is owned by Turbo & Diesel Automotive Services Limited or licensed for our use, and may not be reproduced without permission.
